Quotation are invited for Acquisition and Commissioning of High Frequency Radios with Accessories The qualification requirements are: ✓ Have achieved an average annual turnover of the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020; or from the date of its creation if the company is less than 3 years old existence) at least equal to 40,000,000 FCFA. This average turnover should be taken from the above-mentioned financial statements; ✓ Newly created companies whose date of establishment of the first balance sheet has not arrived at the date of submission of offers are exempt from the production of financial statements. However, they must provide: o a bank statement attesting to the availability of funds up to 40,000,000 FCFA; or o a bank commitment to finance the market; ✓ have a workshop, a spare parts store for the equipment offered and qualified personnel capable of ensuring quality after-sales service (maintenance and repairs of the equipment offered, speed of intervention) during the period 12 month warranty; ✓ Have successfully completed two (02) contracts for similar supplies (high frequency radios) during the previous four years (from January 1, 2017 to the deadline set for the submission of tenders).
