• Tenders are invited for Acquisition of kits for egg production. Qualification requirements are in the DPAO for information. The qualification requirements are: The qualification conditions applicable to Bidders are as follows: Financial capacity The Bidder must provide written proof that it meets the following requirements: • provide financial statements (balance sheets and income statements) of the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, certified by a chartered accountant or attested by a chartered accountant registered with the order. On said balance sheets must appear the following statement affixed by the competent tax department “balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets in accordance with the declarations submitted to the tax department”; • Balance sheet certification certificate issued by the competent tax department and certified by the town hall; • Have an average turnover over the last three years (2020, 2021 and 2022) at least equal to the amount of the offer (turnover figures taken from certified or attested financial statements as indicated above); • Newly created companies whose date of preparation of the first balance sheet has not arrived on the date of submission of offers are exempt from the production of financial statements.
