The Coordination Unit of the Regional Project for the Improvement of Disease Surveillance Systems in West Africa-Third Phase (REDISSE III), in its capacity as the Implementing Agency of the Emergency Response Project COVID-19 in Mali (PIU COVID-19), invites gated bids from eligible bidders meeting the qualifications required for the Acquisition of Fully Automated Real-Time RT-PCR System Platforms for Health Centers in (CSREFs) as part of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Mali, including the provision of related services planned, in a single lot. The place of delivery, installation-commissioning and receipt of supplies is the building housing the National Institute of Public Health (INSP), located in the Hippodrome district, Rue Amilcar Cabral (Rue 235), Porte 52, route de Koulikoro, Bamako-Republic of Mali. The delivery time, installation-commissioning of the supplies is left to the initiative of the Bidders but must in no case exceed twelve (12) weeks from the date of notification of the contract sent to the Supplier by the Buyer. . ii.
