  • Tenders are invited for Acquisition of a Station Wagon Vehicle. Payment of a non-refundable sum of Twenty Five Thousand (25,000) F CFA 4. The qualification requirements are: - Financial capacity β€’ The balance sheet of the last three (03) years where an average annual turnover at least equal to the amount of the bid can be obtained; β€’ The presentation of the financial statements for the years 2020-2021-2022 (balance sheets, extracts from the balance sheets or operating accounts) certified by a chartered accountant or a chartered accountant registered with the Order and on said balance sheets, must appear the following statement affixed by the competent tax service β€œbalance sheets or extracts from balance sheets in accordance with the declarations submitted to the tax service”; β€’ Newly created companies whose date of establishment of the first balance sheet has not arrived at the date of submission of offers are exempt from the presentation of financial statements and proof of similar experiences. In order to assess their financial capabilities, these newly created companies must provide declarations from banks or authorized financial organizations attesting to the availability of funds or a banking commitment to finance the market at least equal to the amount of the bid. - Technical capacity and experience The bidder must demonstrate, with supporting documentation, that it meets the following experience requirements: - Having successfully completed at least two (02) similar steps, attested by either certificates of good execution, or reports of provisional or final acceptance provided and copies of cover pages and signature pages of corresponding contracts or any document emanating from public or parapublic or international institutions making it possible to justify its ability to execute the market according to the rules of the art during the period from 2019 to the present. - Technical capacity of personnel: The Bidder must demonstrate, with supporting documentation, that it meets the technical capacity requirements below: - Having successfully completed at least two (02) similar experiments, attested by either certificates of good execution, or reports of provisional or final acceptance provided and copies of cover pages and signature pages of corresponding contracts or any document emanating from public or parapublic or international institutions making it possible to justify its capacity to carry out the contract. To assess the technical experience and performance of the staff, the bidder must provide CVs, contracts (cover page and signature). Newly created companies whose date of establishment of the first balance sheet has not arrived at the date of submission of offers are exempt from the presentation of financial statements and proof of similar experiences. 6. Candidates must attach to their offers the following administrative documents: β€’ registration in the trade register (certified copy of the original) or any other equivalent document; β€’ the non-bankruptcy certificate (certified copy of the original and dating at least three (03) months from the day of opening of the bids); β€’ the tax clearance (certified copy of the original); β€’ Authorization from the manufacturer or approved distributor; β€’ the after-sales service to be provided; β€’ the power of attorney to sign the submission (if applicable); β€’ the act of formation of the group (if applicable). The successful bidder must provide the documents within two (02) working days after: β€’ statutes β€’ tax identification card β€’ certificate from the National Social Insurance Institute (INPS) β€’ certificate from the Malian Housing Office (OMH). 7. The successful bidder must produce a certificate proving that he is up to date with the payment of taxes, duties and charges of a fiscal and parafiscal nature. 8.
