Select a non-profit organization to design, implement and support a pilot nursery system producing plant material (seedlings, cuttings, suckers) that complies with export requirements (organic or other required standard). This system must:Ref.: ILO/CO-Abj/IA/AN KA BAARA MALI/2025/0022Annex I Terms of Reference Generate measurable monetary income before July 31, 2026; Enter into a formal partnership with an exporting company that explicitly commits to its contributions (technical, material, financial and organizational) Demonstrate the existence of a market Integrate a contract farming model between the company and producers Be operational between January 15, 2026 and July 31 2026, allowing the completion of at least one multiplication cycle and the sale of plant material.
