Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an external employee. You will find below a summary of the work to be done: the ILO is looking for a resident national consultant person in Mali to achieve participatively a diagnostic study of the informal economy in Mali with a focus on priority sectors such as agriculture, construction, mining, crafts and commerce, with a general overview of informality in Mali. and strategies to take up the challenge of formalization taking into account both transversal factors of informality and specificities in the targeted sectors. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with the team of informal economy specialists and stakeholders Keys at the national level, according to a participatory approach and in accordance with the ILO standards.
