- The services provided for this contract: under the authority of the Project Management Coordinator (UGP) of PASG, the SPM is responsible for all the activities for the markets relating to the project. As such, he assists the project execution unit (CEP), provides the technical support necessary for the opening and assessment commissions of offers, ensures the coordination of acquisition activities and ensures the proper functioning of the system contracts in compliance with the provisions of the memorandum of understanding and the procurement plans approved by the AfDB. Its mission is to coordinate, the implementation of the procurement plan according to the requirements of the bank such as recorded in the PASG evaluation report and in accordance with the procedures in force and the memorandum of understanding.
