Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of a cleaner. The BINKOLA cooperative of women producers is an organization of women from the rural commune of Wacoro (originally for the production of millet and sorghum). It currently has 33 associations and cooperatives. It is registered under receipt number 2019 g3B1/1260/B of 07/15/9. The total number of members is 913 (including one man). In August 2021, BINKOLA and the United States African Development Foundation (US ADF) signed a grant agreement to strengthen the technical, commercial and management capacities of the Union. This grant also aims to significantly and sustainably improve the income of the group and that of its members with the technical assistance of the firm AE2C. Provide BINKOLA: A group of multifunction cleaners, cleaners and winnowing of corn, millet and sorghum grains. PARTICIPATION : Any approved natural or legal person with the technical and financial capacities required for similar supplies can participate in the competition. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment will be 100% one-time upon delivery. NB: Payment will be made by bank transfer or check in the name of the supplier. FINAL PROVISIONS Bidders remain committed to the technical and financial bids for a period of 90 days from the deadline for submission of bids; The organization reserves the right not to respond to all or part of this invitation to tender or to postpone the deadline for submission; Any file submitted within the framework of this call remains the property of BINKOLA and may under no circumstances be returned to the tenderer. Only the successful candidate will be contacted. It is up to the other candidates to contact BINKOLA for information on the results of the counting. All proposals are subject to AE2C technical advice and contracts to USADF approval.
