Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant for Crisis Communication and Media Training for FONGIM Members. The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, independent, not-for-profit organization established in 1946. The mission of the NRC is to protect the rights of displaced and vulnerable people in times of crisis. It has been operating in Mali since 2013 in favor of vulnerable groups. For the implementation of its activities in Mali and within the framework of the strengthening of its Operations in Mali, the Norwegian Council for Refugees (NRC) is launching a call for tenders with a view to selecting a company for the supply of seeds in the Mopti region listed in a single lot below: No. DESIGNATION 1 RECRUITMENT OF A CONSULTANT FOR TRAINING IN CRISIS COMMUNICATION AND MEDIA FOR MEMBERS OF FONGIM.  1.
