Tenders are invited for Selection of an Auditor transposition of the community directives of the Harmonized Public Finance Management Framework, adopted by the WAEMU Council of Ministers in 2009, Mali has embarked on a profound and ambitious reform of its public management system. This reform, supported by the authorities and implemented with the support of technical and financial partners, is part of a process of modernization of the State through the Public Finance Management Reform Plan in Mali (PREM 2017 -2021). Thus, by Order No. 2017-023/P-RM of March 30, 2017 amending Law No. 90-110/AN-RM of October 18, 1990 on the fundamental principles of the creation, organization and operation of Public establishments of an administrative nature (EPA), the State has instituted the establishment of a management account which, after certification by an auditor, is submitted to the Board of Directors. This auditor is chosen from among the accounting experts and appointed by the Board of Directors for a non-renewable term of three (03) years. In accordance with the provisions of Article 35 (new) of the above-mentioned order, the Board of Directors of FAFPA is launching a notice of expression of interest (AMI) for the pre-selection of five (05) registered accounting firms to the National Order of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants of Mali (ONECCA) for the certification of the FAFPA accounts, for the financial years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
